Rossville Municipal Court is held on the first and third Thursdays of the month at 5:30 P.M. Rossville Municipal Court hears both traffic and municipal code cases. All Juvenile court cases are heard in Fayette County Juvenile Court , at 705 Justice Drive in Somerville, TN.

The State of Tennessee requires all drivers to have liability insurance. Driving with out insurance may cost you your license.

Call for information if you are issued a No Financial Responsibility Citation.

If you have a citation on any one of the violations below, your cost to forfeit and not come to court are listed below, but they must be paid before your court date.

Stop Sign - $25.00 Plus Cost = $115.00

Speed 15 and below the posted amount - $30.00 Plus Cost = $120.00

Red Light - $50.00 Plus Cost = $140.00

Seat Belt - $20.00

Light Law - $20.00 Plus Cost = $110.00

Court Cost are $90.00.

No weapons are allowed in Rossville Municipal Court
